Orders take 1-2 business days for processing, and ship within 1-4 days of confirmation. Average transit time is between 2-4 business days. Please note that holidays with increased order volume may prolong processing and shipping time.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the shipment. These costs are left as is so there are no mark ups, and they're calculated into the price of each plant so there are no surprises when you get to checkout.

Get excited! You just received a new little buddy. Carefully remove your plant from its packaging as soon as possible once it’s been delivered. Next, check the condition of the plant and the moisture level of the soil - if it’s been in transit for a bit and the soil feels very dry, it would benefit from a thorough drink. We recommend letting the plant rest for a day or so before you repot, and if you need a repotting guide - we made one. Here you go.

Each plant is carefully packaged in a way to prevent damages from movement, impact or weather extremes as much as possible. This includes cold weather packaging during winter months, which may translate to a small increase in shipping costs during that time to ensure that your plant arrives healthy.

Our greenhouses guarantee that every plant is verified healthy at the time of packaging and will arrive in good condition, rain or shine, or they will send a new one. If your plant arrives with any damages or issues from its transit journey, please submit a clear photo or photos to slowgreendeathhelp@gmail.com and we will work together on the best solution.

Your plants are heading to you from one of two greenhouses, either from Southern California or Central Florida. The location for your order is dependent on stock and proximity to your shipping address, ensuring the plants are in transit for the shortest time possible.

The size options listed on each product page are a measurement of the diameter of the pot in inches. We have sizes ranging from 2” in diameter to 12”.
